This is one of these crazy and hilarious videos. The worst scenes are in the beginning - like from the bad western, the rest is OK:

That was very crazy driving in Russia if not a bit comical in places. Even goes beyond the Italians we used to dodge like the plague. On the Autobahn if to see a Italian number plate, then to quick change to another lane for they usually drive like they have a death wish.

Karl, I agree about Russia. How is it in Mexico? Do people drive crazy sometimes in Pueblo also? Mexicans can be temperamental....

Mexican driving is varied from very well to watch out for slow farm vehicles. For the most part though, very good. The road ways vary as in the USA, with the interstate roads as mostly toll {Cuota or Carretras Federales} ways. Dependant upon distance to travel will be the toll cost. The two laners or secondary road ways are the Libre or free of toll roadways. A nice thing with the Libre roadways is if a person wishes to by pass a city or town{if available} there is what is named{Libramiento}, it is a toll by pass route that skirts around the city or town.
Then there is the dirt/gravel rural roadways, these as with most every where else, should be prudent whilst traveling. Mexico is a have or not have state for the most part. Many of the people in the rural areas are farmers and these vary in prosperity to very poor to our standards. Then there are the well to do larger farms, these do very well.
For the most part, Mexico is modern and up to date in the important areas. The common wages vary between big city and rural or semi rural as being high to moderate to very low by USA standards, but then common prices of necessities are in line as a common economic level.
For the most part, Puebla is a very modern city area with an interesting past history and very well designed lay out and travel system. As with most large cities, there are the poor sections that are not so nice, to the well to do sections that are exclusive.
