09/24
Hi all!
Here I am at the library ;D I used my flash drive and...
I have just posted several of the photos that I exhibited in an annual exhibit "Artists for Animals" sponsored as a fundraiser by the local human animal shelter.
All but one of the photos posted are from Poland either this year or last. I am in the process of getting labels on them.
Hope you have the time and capability to enjoy them in a large size.
GM

GM, wonderful pictures. I remember for instance what impression Krakow's pigeons made on my husband but I never thought about taking a picture of them - such a good idea. So, I hope some of the pictures could be posted in the site later on

Hey GM Excellent photos but one of your descriptions is wrong! Those are not pigeons in the Rynek Glowny, they are the transmuted, suspended bodies of the Knights of an ancient Duke of Krakow who are awaiting his return from the Vatican with his 'certificate' that he is King of Poland. When this occurs the witch's spell that was invoked by the Duke will be lifted and they will return to the bodies of Knights. (They should be quite old and wizened by now!). This is why the 'pigeons' are more than tolerated by the Krakowians. I like the story anyway!! Leslie

Great pics, GM. I love the one of the horses.
I am putting a link to your webshots albums in our "Members Photo Album" thread.

09/27 Thank you all for your kind comments Nancy...thanks for the link in members albums; slowly, but surely I will get more photos posted...just need more time at the library If I could figure out a way to generate more income, I'd spring for satellite hookup. Leslie...sir Such a charming story about the pigeons Did you create it or find it somewhere? If you found it, may I have the source? If it is your creation, may I borrow from it? GM

09/28 Jaga, You certainly are quick Thank you so much...I think the article's presentation turned out very nicely. I like the blue border instead of my black for the web article. That really makes the photos stand out. GM
