Not saying anything is not the same to disliking the exchange.. I dislike Charle's cynicism. I was shocked at first. I am not anymore. What helped you get over the shock?

Pieter This discussion is of events of history that occurred over 62 years past. No matter the out come or eventual end of this discussion, the events of that history will not change, nor are we to change those events. What this consist of is not less then a beer hall debate. Nothing less or more. Charles, everything what we discuss in this forum is a beer hall debate. Oktoberfest! We are not world leaders, we have zero influence not only on the past but the present too. We only have this little influence that we are able to exert on our own lives. But does it mean we can`t discuss because it is just beer hall? Please, no! I won`t take it any longer! hahahaha Don`t you understand that the way you wrote your infamous answers resembled a report about the daily number of victims from a German officer before his superiors? The report that was accurate, precise, scrupulous to the last detail. This many people arrived, this many selected for work, this many selected for gas chambers, this many vergast?? It is all true, yet, who forbids you to show certain respect towards the dead? Is it proper to use the excuse of deep history to verbally hold the victims in such a low esteem? Charles, even in a beer hall you sometimes have to give up the thought couch potato lifestyle.

You seem to have missed a nice opportunity to show some intelligence. Instead of wisely commenting on the topic of the recent discussion, you prefer to say something so trivial. That`s a thought couch potato style. But it`s your choice! hahahahaha

Kai, when I said that I had been waiting for your reply, I meant it seriously. I was waiting for yours and other people`s replies. Jaga`s, Rdy`s, namely those who participated in earlier discussion on Jewish topics. Of course I didn`t expect that you would feel any concern about the past victims of Nazism. I know your opinion - "we live today and nothing that happened in the past should influence our lives." But at least I expected you, Jaga or Rdy to refer in any way to Charles` controvercial statement about America, the country where you live, which you seem to respect or even love and where you do quite well. You Americans developed a much more efficient manner of mass killing, more efficient/cost efficient/very non-involved in a better of killing of enemies. The technology used by you Americans very far advanced of that of my country, the use of Nuclear weapon bombs against the Japanese. The cost effective method used by your nation was light years in-front of my country in efficiency/economic use of available resources/numbers of people {non-combatant}murdered in un-accountable mass murdered. So you see Michael, you are a citizen of a country that has murdered more civilian non-combatants then my country had vision to conceive of. Add this to the number of wars your nation has in past and present been active within the previous 40 years. Within this in actual, how many innocents were murdered by your military in Vietnam/Korea/Kosovo? One of the most efficient aerial weapons used by your country in Vietnam was use of fire {napalm} how many villages of supposed enemies solders were killed in number of Innocent civilians burnt alive by your country? You see Michael, your sins are no less or of great then that of mine. Charles In this text Charles likened the USA to Nazi Germany. What is more, he clearly suggested that Americans were much worse than Nazis. And nobody reacted to it except for me. I was the only one who defended Americans. Unbelievable! Now you are scolding me for taking part in the discussion (with my usual manners to which you should have gotten used to long ago) but ignore such scandalous texts? It is really fascinating to see you such. Also neither Jaga nor Rdy responded to Charles, although earlier, when I had stated something less controvercial on Jewish topics, I was called one crossing the limits. Why did nobody react to that act of debasing America? It is a real mystery to me. Do you really believe that Americans were equal to Nazi Germans or even worse? ??

Charles,
You can do what you want, or need do. But you did not answer everyones questions. Why is hard for you? Or don't you just care? This is a can of worms that you opened, now we want you to live with it. Don't be a hard nose, work this out for all, if you care. Some of us, now wonder what kind of a person you are for sure. If anyone has now, or ever, has questions of me, just ask, and I will tell you all you want to hear, and than some.

Michael Dabrowski Dear Val, to tell the truth, it wasn`t Charles who opened the Pandora`s box. It was you, I am afraid, because you pressed on Charles too much and he got indignant about it and eventuall said unpopular things for which you are holding him responsible now. Simply speaking, your constant picking on him as a German caused all this havoc. On the other hand, it was a good deed because we have had a real life drama, not some sugary Birthday wishing. I am critisizing you a little now but you will survive it. Finally, let me ask you your desired questions now: 1. Why don`t you like Germans? 2. Why do you think that contemporary Germans should answer for their fathers` sins?

You see, oh the World !? A consuellor must be HIM in male's eyes. Shame on you! Well, it was my male`s thinking indeed, I wouldn`t go to a female counsellor myself. Well, I would but on condition she was pretty. hahahahahaha Don`t worry. After 2.5 years in the forum I still receive shocks from time to time. Life.

Pawian,
Could have been me, but I still wonder why his out of line answers. You know him better than I do, is he a hard nose, and thinks he is better than us?

Pawian, Could have been me, but I still wonder why his out of line answers. You know him better than I do, is he a hard nose, and thinks he is better than us? Michael Dabrowski No, he isn`t. Well, maybe a little but it is natural since he is German and Germans have always felt ahead of others. They have some resons for it, don`t they? He is a good man but sometimes he has his twists and then many people around are shocked and don`t know what to think about him.

Dear Livia
You are new and as so, should not be exposed to some what spirited exchanges as you have experienced. For this is not the usual course of events.
Please do bare patience with us for a bit.
If perhaps I am the person to bear to you in shock, of this, I am deeply very sorry. For I have forgotten my manners of that I must regain. For to say that I am North German as an excuse, is not reason of enough.
What only I do ask, is to have only of a little patience for the storm clouds to dis-abate.
For you are a valuable member, and as a person, I would not wish to risk your loss to us...
Charles
