Here is an article about how to use Polish map searches to find your town. The town that Jim found for you has a population of only 100 people! and is located north-northwest of Warsaw. (look for the bright pink circle).

What is the family name? I might know someone who may be able to help you out. His family came from that area and still live there.

The name I am researching is Waleria Lewandowski she was born on I believe 7 Aug 1890. She was my grand mother who passed away 8 month before 1 was born. Her husband was from around the same area also. His name was Josef Kolos and he was born on 17 Sep 1891. Not sure if he was from the same villiage or not but my mom says around the same area.
