My Dear Friends
Withen the times we live in, some changes are un-avoidable. In as much this would as also apply to my personable self. For withen the requirement of my employment, there will be some sacrifices that are pre-determined. I was to relinqiush my former known user namen of {Bescheid} upon the forum.
As of notice at present, you will notice my user name as being of{alantis5} we are the same, for I am still as you have former known as {Charles}.
The user name of alantis5 is simple, for that was one of the ship namen some many years back I had served upon in our fishing stern trawler fleets so long past.
To be simple, I am still the same Charles, just a different colour of flagg..
Charles

Rats Charles,
I am American and was awaiting a New and Improved version, especially some touch of the exotic with the 'Alantis' in the name - it comes close to Atlantis, the Seaborne Area 51 (Area 71, I understand, is in Siberia).
Kai the Watcher
PS. If you aren't a mer-man, then do you at least have webs between your toes? Being from the lowlands, I would hope for as much!

Kai the Watcher PS. If you aren't a mer-man, then do you at least have webs between your toes? Being from the lowlands, I would hope for as much! Haaa, kai You place much credit upon my head of that I do not deserve, but do appreciate But, I must disappoint you, just a different label upon the same tin....nothing exotic as of the Atlantis. There is a fishing trawler of the name {Atlantik} but I am too superstitious to use her name in full. She is still alive and floating. {I have never met an atheist seaman}{For some reason, being at sea makes all men/ladies very religious} If you check the members list, you will see a great many failures of alantis. It would so seem, the forum computer is not compatible with my work computer as no emails make it through. This was a problem. A great amount of thanks to the patience of Jaga is in order in the respect of obtaining the computer {forum}activation key with use of her address, then the process of e-mail transfer of the key to my computer by e-mail. Then insure of the same day {other wise the forum computer will forget, and I would have not access to the forum} cut and paste the new activation key numbers into the activation new account box. Here of late, I have not been so very smart {tired brain} and was forced by necessity to think this out in terms of the needs and requirements of computers in their time of cranky ness. The web on the feet... your eyes are very good!!! And yes, the low land people are very good swimmers{survival of the floatist} and ease of walkiing the mud banks. I think you know us all too well with your years in Europe!! Now with this area 71 in the Russian Federation, now would the fellows serving in the SVR {Sluzhba Vneshny Razvedki Rossii} keep silent on some thing that is not in existance? And come to think of this further, you Alaska fellows are not that far in distance from Siberia... Charles

Welcome back Charles, Ahhh - - Atlantis, the wonderful place of yesterday filled with people of exotic beauty. Anyway, we missed you so hang in there. Thank you JJ Thank you for your very thoughtful and kind words. I must be truthful though of Atlantis of Greek description by Plato. Unfortunantly or fortunatly {it sank into the sea}I may not lay claim to such a wonderful place of dreams come true. It has been a road of travel in return, and happy to be here once again, in company with all of you wonderful people. Thank You JJ! Charles

;D Hola otro vez Carlos, guten tag (I think). A Rose by any other name, is still a Rose. On top of all the good web sites, log-in ID's and passwords, I now have to remember all of the aliases that people are now using. Good grief, I am almost ready to give up. ;D ;D
