Not sure about anyone else but the time that is posted for the Last Post gets confusing is you are on PST. When I post a remark it posts my time when someone responds east of me I get an earlier time. The solution may be just to pick a time to use. Or we could use GMT and make Leslie happy ; ))

The time as a default - is the Eastern time but every user can select its own time zone in the profile and this may cause some problems

Hi
I don't think there is a problem. For example last leslie post looks like this:
Posted by leslie at 20:04. Today at 19:32, jim wrote:The solution may be just to pick a time to use. Or we could use GMT and make Leslie happy ; )) And these are the real times in my zone. It is now 21.29 in Poland. But you should see your local time in the header of the message, depending on setting in you profile.

Jim
It cauld be confusing, for this I do agree with you. I actually am not concerned with the time differences, as to my self, I feel it is only relative to the situation. You and my self are on pst (LAX) and so I recognize your time, Other memebers, it is simply a matter of checking thier location and figure the aproximate time zone difference and compare to my own.
Or, figure ZULU time and make out a graph with each time zone/location/ with configured hours+/- from local time. It is not that complicated. Or, just simply leave it alone.
As Jaga made mention, the default time is EST.
What ever the decision, as long as I know, then I will adjust at my end.

For me I want to know when I posted and then based on where someone is from I can tell when they posted providing the they also use their own time zone and it is correct.
