Today I listened to the Polish news from pres. Bush visit in Poland. They asked a correspondent in the US how American mass media reacted to the anti-missile target issue. He responded that Poland lost with Paris Hilton. All the news stations were talking about Paris Hilton, there was just 30 second long information on CNN Headline News about Poland, thats it!
By the way, on CNBC somebody stated that this is good that American discuss Paris Hilton because it means that.... there are no other problems here!

Yup I believe there probably is one in France....LOL.
Actually Bob, I like Paris. I think she is getting a raw deal though. Someone has an agenda and is using her for an example. She got stopped for driving with a suspended license...she didn't rob a bank or kill anyone. People hate you if you are rich and pretty. Granted there is much more one can do with one's life than Party all the time as a career.

I also believe that Paris Hilton got too much. But I do not understand media frenzy and all this talk about nonsense.

;D I did a little research and it seemed that she was also stopped for driving under the influence too. If that is the case than I can see no difference between her driving under the influence and putting a loaded weapon in the hands of a child. Actually there is a big difference. A loaded weapon may have a 180 gram bullet, a car is an almost 2 ton misslile. In a worse case scenario; suppose a child was in front of that missile! |

The Paris Hilton story has been a source of entertainment for me. She finally gets what she deserves. Lindsay Lohan should definitely be next. |
