Drew Wilson EE Times Europe 06/06/2008 10:37 AM
BERLIN — Poland has been rated the most attractive destination for new foreign investment in Europe in Ernst & Young's 2008 "European Attractiveness Survey."
The annual survey, based on phone interviews and questionnaires, showed 18% of respondents favored Poland as a potential investment location – the highest score.
Second place was Germany at 16%, followed by Russia 12%, France 11%, Romania 10% and the UK 9%.
Poland also ranked second in Europe in job-creation and seventh in foreign direct investment.
The report said criteria proving to be most decisive when selecting a site for European investment include a stable legal system, developed logistics and transportation infrastructure and labor costs.

This should be highly excellent for Poland {meaning working people}. For as of previous as being very down in economy, it has but one direction now, and that is up.
Eventually as most all economies, once it has risen to a level commensurate with Western economies, it will become competitive.
These are all good signs and will show up as good news on the pay slip.
