Guys,
I think, I am getting older and I feel older since I have even sometimes the dreams that I look at the mirror and I just see my wrinkly face all over!!!
I guess, in the 40-es one starts already see the changed in the skin etc. I also see my peers, who look young for a very long time to get older!
This reminds me - I read the article in one of the tabloids a couple of years ago about a lady who looked like 20 although she was 50 and she did not use any care products. I believe that this was completely false story.... we all get older whether we want it or not...
Do you have any products you would like to recommend for us to stay young or being able at least partly to cheat the clock?

Sunscreen! Cumulative exposure to the sun's rays is what causes skin to really look old, not just merely getting older.

Two recommendations, Jaga:
The Russians perfected the use of the first, vodka. They pickled Lenin and he has looked much the same for 80 years now! You might start on it slowly, two or four or eight shots per night, depending upon need.
The Germans have another good soluution, I believe "Fett ist gut fuer die Falten". or "fat pervents wrinkles". If you eat enough, you will get fat enough that your wrinkles will dissapear!
Poland is in the middle ground between these two solutions, so maybe you want to look for your own method. I would recommend exercise. We can't stop aging, but we can keep ourselves fit so we can enjoy life more! Dancing fits that bill as well. They say Fred Astair had to be tought how to walk like an old man for a movie he made when he was in his 80's. I have always appreciated the beauty of women who take care of tehmselves but accept aging with a grace that the surgeon cannot duplicate.

The alternative to aging is not a good one.

Exercise is definitively good. I was on a diet for a while but I gave up. Still I lost then some 5-8 pounds at least (probably gained back some). As for the sun - my husband thinnks the same way. When I was growing up in Poland there was just the opposite trend -we were supposed to expose to the sun as much as possible. It is amazing how the times and trends changed since 20-30 years ago!

Jaga....I have the answer for you about looking young. Unfortunetly you can't buy it. Its called "genes". Me and my two sisters all look at leat 10 or 15 years younger than what we really are. We take after our mother who is 87 and looks 75 at the most. My big sister is 60, and when she takes out her grandchildren, people mistake her for the toddlers mother. My father on the other hand ( who died when i was 18 ) always looked much older than he really was. We took after our mother. P.S Excersise i have to admit is one way to control the aging process

George, how nice you feel that way. I did not realized that I am getting older until I passed 40 !
