Thank you Rabia, for introduction of a very interesting lady!
For this woman is an icon of strength and perseverance. For she was not only to over-come the obstacles that for the ordinary person, would have been too much to bear. She was to face a great un-known with following of her heart to a man of different race and culture, but with the similar strength to follow also of his heart---for the love of his life, Kultum Odeh-.
It is very inspiring to read and hear of such people, for she not only of over-come her bonds of ordinary, she excelled in all respects! And of this, to then travel to a strange country with strange customs, with this and tribulations she then suffered. She continued to demonstrate her capabilities in a most out-standing manner..
Kulthum, Odeh, is in deed a woman to behold as an inspiration..
