ok, well, not sure how many of you might care, but... Since I first posted here looking for help in proposing to my (now) fiancee (and didn't get any ) ... .... I figured I'd update u'all as to our status Silly me! anyway.... Here is my timeline that I use as my sig on www.visajouney.com... which like many people there.. outlines the sequence of key events in our relationship... 04/23/2008 -- first informal contact on an internet site 05/03/2008 -- first email 11/01/2008 -- first skype messages 11/02/2008 -- first skype call 01/14/2009 -- she flies headed to USA 01/14/2009 -- she got stuck in Frankfurt, oh bother! 01/15/2009 -- she finally gets here, YEAH!!!!! 01/16/2009 -- proposed! she says YES!!! 01/18/2009 -- she returns to Poland 02/14/2009 -- 6 days of bliss in Walt Disney World 02/19/2009 -- leave Florida 02/23/2009 -- sent I129F Next Day Air 02/25/2009 -- NOA1 03/01/2009 -- Touched 04/09/2009 -- She flies to USA for 9 day visit So, we are currently like "I cant wait for april 9... oh, god!! 4 more days!! I can't take it!!!" oh well, I think we'll survive somehow.. dvc

Thanks guys! yea, Tim, but I think maybe we're feeling the stress just slightly more... Boy, I wish proboards would send me an email when people respond to threads I'm watching Geez, I keep forgetting to come over here dvc

Oh! for those who don't know I-129F is a Fiancee petition form sent to the USCIS (US Customs & Immigration Svcs) (with a bunch of money and stuff ) so that she can move here and marry me legally NOA1 means USCIS acknowledged receipt of the form and "Touched" means that the USCIS did something (no idea what.. probably just looked to see all the proper documents were in there) with the application dvc
