Last night I went to a Fashion party at the Modern art museum of my city. There were extremely beautiful long leged waitresses in Capari suits serving Campari Orange cocktails.
It was a mix of very beautiful women and girls, gays, androgyn people, artists, culture folks, poets, critics, Fashion world people and media.
This music describes for me the abstract, androgyn, hedonistic and extremely esthetic and stylish Fashion scene of my city, which attrects the world Fashion people every two years at the Arnhem Fashion Biennale.

Enter the world of fashionFor a month the centre of Arnhem will literally form the core of the third edition of the Arnhem Mode Biënnale. SHAPE is the connecting thread of the greatest cultural fashion event in the world. This year more than 80 fashion labels are participating, including Lanvin, Raf Simons, Hussein Chalayan, Jil Sander, Rick Owens, Martin Margiela and Viktor & Rolf. Some 150 garments in Arnhem will make it apparent what the aspect of SHAPE signifies and why ‘form’ is so topical in fashion. A high-profile exhibition, satellite presentations, lectures, shows and a magazine provide insight into SHAPE. A wide-ranging cultural scope makes this third biennale intriguing and accessible for everyone. Innovative exhibitors
The designers take centre stage at the Arnhem Mode Biënnale. Their influence on international fashion is enormous. Participants include leading couture houses such as Lanvin, which has been enchanting the world for decades, up-and-coming talents like Boudicca and Sandra Backlund, and conceptual designers such as Hussein Chalayan. The stars of the future are amply represented at the Arnhem Mode Biënnale as well: fashion talents who have recently finished their studies or will graduate soon.
