Of late, I have received a considerable number of memo and issued statements in concerns of the Polish election results.
with this some how to share this with forum members, but how and what should I do? For on the one side of the Roman coin, to keep the forum focus on Polish. Whilst the other Roman coin face, is truth and justice. For in this dilemma was to over come writers fog.
The solution? Just do it....
Federal Minister Westerwelle calls election of Polish President a strong pro-European signal05.07.2010
Commenting on yesterday’s election of the Speaker of the Polish Sejm, Bronislaw Komorowski, as President of the Republic of Poland, Federal Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle issued the following statement today (5 July) in Berlin:
“This sovereign decision on the part of the Polish people is a strong pro-European signal.
German foreign policy aims to both enhance and deepen relations with Poland as successfully as has been the case with France over the past decades.
Much like Prime Minister Tusk and Foreign Minister Sikorski, President Komorowski will be a strong partner in pursuing this political course based on trust and cooperation.
We will continue to use the Weimar Triangle format to enhance cooperation between Germany, France and Poland and to harness its potential in the form of specific proposals and initiatives for the benefit of Europe as a whole.”
According to the as yet unofficial final result, Bronislaw Komorowski won the presidential run-off with 53% of the vote.
