Hi! I'm an exchange student from Cieszyn, Poland and I'm doing my research project about communication between Polish and American people, i will be really grateful if you would like answer this few questions about it. Is it hard to communicate with someone from different country? Why? Do you think the stereotypes about American/polish people are true? Easier and better communication for you is when u talk to someone or when u texting someone? Do you think the contacts which u make now will help u in your future? How it works for u that all people who doesn't speak English have to learn it but people who speaks English don't have to learn any languages? Thank you

May I offer to you a warm welcome to the forum. I see you have placed your reason of being, this is good for you have come to the correct forum. I am quite sure you will find answers to your questions.
Of your question of{ How it works that all people who doesnt speak English have to learn it but people who speaks English dont have to learn any languages}.
I am not sure where or how you have come to that conclusion, but perhaps simply tossing a bone for a bite...
I am German, I was forced to learn English under the British Military Occupation of Dänemark. It was a mandate of the occupation authorities that was placed to our schools.
Look at reality, if you were not to have learnt English, then you would not be here speaking to others of similar language.
I do see though, you have been in America long enough to pick up contraction of words and use of short U in place of the proper You in speaking with others, before proper introductions have been completed.
