Rather dismal I would venture to say

I like your %75, very highly excellent I would say... Perhaps we may meet at any one of the usual Thursday cocktail parties. This is the combat zone of one a bee typen people, and/or information exchange locations for on the q/t

The important pre-requisite is not: To out dress the French Konsulate. For the French are a proud people, they walk with their thumb in the butt and smile whilst chocking on an olive.
