Kai, the funny thing is that Brazilians call God - Dzeus It makes sense. "God" in Spanish is "Dios" and in French - "Dieu".

Kai, the funny thing is that Brazilians call God - Dzeus Jaga, That comes awfully close to the Slovak dzus or džús. I guessed it was similar in Polish, but the internet tells me zou saz sok for juice1 I will stick with By Zeuss! I think he looks like a sissy Greek god sitting on a throne in between action, by Zeuss ! ...

I don't know, but I kind of like 'Thor' myself. In Norse mythology, Thor (from Old Norse Þórr) is a hammer-wielding god associated with thunder, lightning, storms, oak trees, strength, destruction, fertility, healing, and the protection of mankind. The cognate deity in wider Germanic mythology and paganism was known in Old English as Þunor and in Old High German as Donar (runic þonar ᚦᛟᚾᚨᚱ), stemming from a Common Germanic *Þunraz (meaning "thunder").[/b]

OK<
I will grant you Thursday (Thors-day, stated only for speakers of English as a second language).
Hmm... Thursday is supposed ot be directly named after Thor... but we don't have a Zeusday, unless we go for Tuesday or the Slavic Zuby for tooth...
By Zeuss, we will put some teeth in this law, or Zeus will!
OK. We will scrap all that and stick with Thursday, by Zeuss!
Kai PS. Why is Wiener resigning? All he has to do is switch political parties and join the sex scandal quorum, talk family values and follow throgh on picking up a mistress or two, or tap dance in the mens rooom.
Oh, to the devil with them all.
PS > Sorry Jaga, this posting belongs more under the stupid joking section. I am working on my first cup of coffee in the morning.

We went on sugar loaf today and saw the dome where our polish pope celebrated the service once. Rio has a dramatic landscape with rocks and see shore.
