In case you can't buy Baileys here is some help.
Irish Cream 1 - 1/2 c Vodka 1 can Sweetened Condensed milk (low fat, if you can get it). 1 cup whipping cream I also use low fat 1/2 & 1/2. 4 eggs 2 Tbls chocolate syrup 1 tea instant coffee 2 tea vanilla Blend ingredients. Store in frige up to 1 month, if it lasts that long. Shake before serving it. ENJOY!

Jim, have you tried making it from ingredients available in Poland? How much is 1-1/2 c of vodka? Half a liter?

Zooba,
Yes, almost; 1 1/2 cups is 400 mL, according to my measuring cup.

Zooba,
1 cup is 236ml. So 1 and a half is 236+118 = 354ml
I am going to try it from Polish ingredients for Easter.
Came from my Irish cousin in Denver
