This could be used as a thread for unusual designs we run across in any line. The inspiration for me is the Alaska Airlines flying fish, a 737 they call the Salmon-Thirty-Salmon (737). They have a history of having fun with decoration, and here is one celebrating Oregon and their forestry: But before we leave fish, here is another airline with an Orca or Killer Whale One of the phrases we Americans used in Europe that we did not hear from Europeans was "Just for fun". It seems as if we do things 'just for fun' in America, whereas Europeans do not do so nearly as much - such as silly airplane paint jobs. Thank you Braniff for your Easter Egg colors so far back ... when they advertized stewardesses as sexy, before sexism became a common phrase. But here is a European example I will just give you the best site I found while searching for these www.anecdotoff.com/2009/08/23/funny-and-amazing-painted-airplanes.html

These airplanes are very cute. They are probably well seen in the air, so they should be safe.
