This is a very good sign! I had gestational diabetes, a half of my family had diabetes 50+ so I am at risk. Still, I love coffee! Coffee may reduce risk of type 2 diabetes www.foodconsumer.org/777/8/Coffee_may_reduce_risk_of_type_2_diabetes.shtmlDrinking massive amounts of coffee could cut the risk of type 2 diabetes, according to a new study. Coffee consumption reduced the diabetes risk in women in a 11-year study. However it was the antioxidants and not caffeine in the coffee that did the trick. The researchers said that the risk of diabetes was reduced most in participants who preferred decaffeinated coffee. Postmenopausal women who reported drinking more than six cups of java daily were found to have a 22 percent lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes, according to the researchers at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.

I am a big coffee drinker but have noticed I do not drink as much as I use to. Not intentionally. I can even drink it cold. (if I got a fresh just brewed cup). I love Gevalia, Tim Horton's and Dunkin Donuts. Folgers from the supermarket.

I have always drunk coffee. Grandma started me with half milk and half coffee gradually reducing the milk to none. Buy beans and grind em for my coffee. Columbio Supremo dark roast.
