Sounds yummy, Chris! But Iwill have to figure out the "cherry peppers" - not sure I have seen them here.

They come in a jar and have just a bite to them. Not that hot.

My Busia's garden had bannana peppers... Hot as blazes.. and fantastic to cut in little strips, put on a braunschweiger sandwich with mayo. She used to pickle them too.... ah, the memories of growing up in Busia's garden.............

Thanks for the info on cherry peppers. Seems that they are sold in jars, so I would not have found them in my forays in the fresh produce section. Speaking of which, have any of you noticed that fresh veggies are really expensive this winter and somewhat sparse? Our Stop&Shop has skimpy selections with "sorry" signs all over the place. I'm sure this is due to bad weather, etc. in various food-growing parts of the country, but this is the first year I have really seen a big difference in selection. Plus, our food bill has increased by a third, and that is related again to the price of fresh produce.
