yesterday they were showing a production of chocolate in Australia claiming that somehow it is produced from grapes then, I tried to find something about it on the internet and I could not, so I wonder whether any of you heard something about it. I was not drunk in the moment I heard this story ;D

Chocolates made from winery waste Sydney, Feb 25: The company uses grape-skins and grape-seeds, usually destined for the dump, to make powder and turn it into chocolate bars. The products are rich in anti-oxidants which health experts agree are good for you.
In the rich wine-growing fields of the Barossa Valley in Australia the grapes are producing more than just a very nice Shiraz or Pinot Noir.
But a bar of chocolate.
Chris Zajac, Project Developer said, “One bar of chocolate contains the equivalent anti-oxidants that can be found in one glass of good red wine".
Mountains of grape-skins and grape-seeds are usually dumped after they`ve been used to make wine.
But the waste is rich in anti-oxidants, good to keep the heart healthy.
So now it`s being turned into powder, and then chocolate.
And if the health experts are to be believe

So now it`s being turned into powder, and then chocolate. And if the health experts are to be believe Holly, this makes very much sense. They were showing the whole production of this grape chocolate. I wonder how it tastes. The name of the guy - Zajac - sounds very Polish and I saw it in the Polish TV so maybe there is even a Polish connection. I wish we could do chocolate from potatoes, this would be more useful than vodka
