This seems a title with good potential given the diversity of the forum visitors. I will start with an invitation to watch Travel Chanel (in the US) on November 23. They will rebroadcast "Bizarre Foods" with an episode from Alaska. If you have curiosity about some native foods and some practices in Alaska, this may be a good show for you. The people spent 9 days wandering different parts of Alaska and sound like they had some great discoveries. For people overseas and with a fast connection, the show can be seen on YouTubes www.youtube.com/results?search_query=bizarre+foods+alaska&search=SearchHere is the full write-up: www.anchoragepress.com/site/basicarticle.asp?ID=330Kai

Kai... I think I may have already seen this program. I remember them discussing Eskimos eating "poop" (maybe your Moose's ...not sure) That stuck in my head not sure of the rest of the countries except for the Japanese eating the poison blow fish (?) or something to that effect.
You can have all my shares of what they are serving. Thank you very much
