A couple of Dutchmen had been eating in the bar-restaurant I frequent, and were enjoying pints of beer! My friend and I got talking to them - a jolly pair - who were over here for a few days doing a marketing exercise in promoting some Dutch cheese. They had samples - a crumblyish white cheese which tasted very good. I'm not sure of the name - it could have been Prima Donna. Does this give you any clues? It was tasty but Gouda and Edam are so well-established over here, I am not sure whether they will be successful. Leslie
