Zooba Many thanks for letting us see your Istrian photos: very colourful, interesting and I am sure they invoke good memories for you of your visit. Your smallest one looks to be a proper little imp!! Leslie

Who is "a proper little imp"? Should I start worrying?

Czesc Zooba
'Proper little imp' is one of the British ways of saying about a child that (in this case) they look like a little rascal - always up to mischief (not malevolent), into everything and so on. Does this make my comment clearer? It isn't only the Atlantic Ocean that separates countries and changes language.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful Croatia photos, Zooba. The colors are wonderful, especially in the picture of the red roofs against the blue ocean. Croatia is becoming more and more popular as a tourist destination and it's easy to see why.

Zooba,
wonderful pictures. I asked for the pictures in the other post... now I found it. So my request is invalid. I really liked the pictures, I do not know this area at all. It looks quite cozy and not that crowded

Zooba...wow great fotos. I thought I was sent to a national geographic site by accident. You take great professional looking fotos.
Leslie...imp means the same this side of the ocean as it does in UK. But you know what they say here...it takes one to know one. ;D ;D ;D
