Yesterday my wife went to Sam's Club and purchased a six pack of Cornish Game Hens. I can't ever remember eating one of these nor can I remember fixing one of these delicacies. It will be a new adventure in the kitchen.

I didn't stuff them but had stuffing on the side. Must include in my recipe book.
