The other forum I belong to is from my hometown and we are in the process of collecting a cookbook since most of us are now living else where and missing the great food (mostly Italian). I just sketched something quick and submitted a version for the cover. Not sure who or if they had one in mind. What do you think Guys.

You have designed this? For it is very good! It is simple, effective and entertaining, an excellent medium of marketing...

Oh Chris, you have 2 fans! But this sounds like a good idea for us! Do we have enough recipes for a PCF cookbook?

Yes Holly we could start our own cook book. The girl that is collecting all our posts off the forum said she did one for her family and had it printed at Kinkos. She gathered up all her favorite recipes. I really liked that idea as a possible project for myself. Aounds like a great idea. And a great way to pass down old family recipes.

I used to belong to a Yahoo group-Frugal Friends in the Kitchen, where the members would share their recipes online. I am sure there are other groups out there that have a huge collection of "tried & true" recipes. I know the Food network.com has alot of recipes too, but I would be more apt to use recipes that call for everyday ingredients, instead of specialty items. I have 2 cookbooks that a church group and fire fighters wives compiled a collection of recipes which use basic ingredients/items. Some of the recipes are so simple and taste really good. I am sure that you could collect some recipes here from the forum members and make a really good cookbook too.
