Earth from Above"Earth From Above" is the result of the aerial photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand's five-year airborne odyssey across six continents. It's a spectacular presentation of large scale photographs of astonishing natural landscapes. Every stunning aerial photograph tells a story about our changing planet. justpaste.it/3ky

Incredible beauty from the sky John. Love these images. Reminds me of flying in planes to South-Africa (Cape Town), Poland (from Amsterdam to Warsaw), Nice, France (from Amsterdam to Nice, Southern-France), and flying from Amsterdam to New York and LA (When I flew to LA in februari 1999, I first flew from Amsterdam to Washington Dulles International Airport - the most boring, grey airport you can imagine-, but it was exciting to fly over Washington Metropolitan Area. After we landed we had to take another plane from Washington Dulles International Airport to Los Angeles International Airport a flight from about 3,700 kilometers, equal to 2,299 miles. Looking out of the window I saw a lot of large space which America has. Another great experiance was to fly with my girlfriend Sigrid over the Grand canyon in a tiny helicopter. We had to choose between this flight and a visit of the Universal Studios Hollywood themapark for budget reasons. But is was worthwhile to skip the Universal Studios Hollywood for this fantastic helicopter view of the Grand Canyon. Next to that we saw the deserts of California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah which were great experiences. Another great views I had from the Empire state building in New York and the Palace of Culture in Warsaw.
Aerial photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand is a great photographer. He shows us the beauty of our planet, it's diversity, it's strange structures, history, architectures, cultures, peoples and wonderful wildlife. Thanks for posting.

Pieter, I am glad you liked it as much as I.
