Gollies, my self am not supposed to be hungry, but after watching your video, now I am hungry....
Sure brings back great deal of memories, for we used to make our own sausages at slaughter time in the fall. My job was two fold, crank the grinder and watch over the smoke house.

thanks! I did not realize that you actually know how to do the sausage! I developed the taste for German sausage also. We always have a certain extra supply of the sausages from Fredericksburg, Texas, that is really special.
