Dozens of Asian ethnic Tuva Siberian mobilised soldiers have staged an extraordinary mutiny telling how they have no respect for the authorities in Vladimir Putin’s Russia.
A uniformed Tuva (language) spokesman for the ethnic Asian Tuva men is applauded by Tuva conscripts after he threatened the people should topple their rulers over the war in Ukraine.
The uniformed spokesman speaks to his men in the Siberian Asian Tuva language. Tuva or Tyva, officially the Republic of Tuva, is a federal subject of Russia (a republic, also defined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation as a state).
He berates an unseen commander or top official over the threats faced by conscripts called to war by the Kremlin dictator.
The unnamed reservist mocks a policy in his region - the Tuva republic in Siberia - to gift a ram to each family of those mobilised.
He says there are not enough walkie-talkies and no adequate socks for the men who have been in training ahead of being sent 3,200 miles to fight for Putin.
The Tuvan republic lies at the geographical center of Asia, in southern Siberia. The republic borders the Altai Republic, the Republic of Khakassia, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Irkutsk Oblast, and the Republic of Buryatia in Russia and Mongolia to the south. Tuva has a population of 307,930 (2010 census). Its capital is the city of Kyzyl.

Pieter It would appear as of recent issues concerning the lack of enthusiasm for this current situation in Ukraine, people of both of the Russian Federation including of the 22 republics that make up the Federation are not as enthused as Mr. Putin in his war with The Ukrainians. What this indicates upon both the surface and underlaying situations is, Mr. Putin in spite of his KGB training and experience was not to include of mass leadership. For of the many attributes that make up successful leadership includes mass appeal of the peoples under his/her leadership and Mr. Putin has failed to accomplish that bit of reality. It would in light of the above, Mr. Putin needs be to enlist himself into the school of effective communications and leadership. If this is not enough, then he {Putin} needs be to watch and learn of the manner of mass appeal from the long past Adolf Hitler or at least that of the long past American President, Theodor Roosevelt was a great mass motivator in his time. www.rbth.com/education/335354-russia-republics-capitalswww.britannica.com/biography/Theodore-RooseveltKarl

Pieter, let's just hope that Putin's regime would be finished from within. Apparently the mobilization is over, so young Russian men can go back home without the possibility of being harassed.

He comes closer to Bashar Hafez al-Assad of Syria, Hassan Nasrallah, the political leader and secretary-general of the Lebanese Hezbollah political party and militant group with it’s own armed wing, Jair Bolsonaro of Brazil, Viktor Orbán of Hungary, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan from Turkey, Benjamin Netanyahu (the former and maybe future prime minister of Israel after the Israeli elections), Abdel Fattah Saeed Hussein Khalil el-Sisi of Egypt, Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud (Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia) and the president of the Peoples Republic of China 🇨🇳 Xi Jinping. Putin could wish he had the charisma, political agitprop power, political marketing skills and attraction to the masses, Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov (1870 – 1924) and Adolf Hitler (1889 – 1945) had. Thank god he does not has their charisma, appeal and popularity, but don’t get me wrong Putin is popular, Putin is strong and he controls Russia. Russians like despots and powerful leaders, from Iwan the Terrible to Putin. Pieter

Pieter
How very well do I agree with you for once again you are directly on target with your assessment of Mr. Putin. For his training and experience is very good by KGB requirements but not for operating a successful combat insurgency as he has initiated.
It now is what the future will present, hopefully this nonsense will simply come to a logical conclusion of peace.

Karl,
I don’t consider Putin to be dumb, stupid, retarded, insane, weird, manic, or ridiculous. He has some traits or elements of Hitler, Mussolini, Miklós Horthy (whom ruled Hungary from 1920 to 1944), Ion Antonescu (1882 – 1 June 1946) Marshal, Prime Minister and Conducător during most of World War II in Romania 🇷🇴, a little bit of Józef Klemens Piłsudski (5 December 1867 – 12 May 1935) from Poland (Piłsudski's major foreign policy initiative was a proposed federation (to be called "Międzymorze" (Polish for "Between-Seas"), and known from the Latin as Intermarium, stretching from the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea. In addition to Poland and Lithuania, it was to consist of Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia and Estonia, somewhat in emulation of the pre-partition Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth.)), Vladimir Lenin (1870-1924), Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin (1878-1953) , Fidel Castro (Putin gives shorter speeches), Gamal Abdel Nasser (Egypt), Josip Broz Tito (Yugoslavia), Hafiz al-Assad (1930-2000), Daniel Ortega of Nicaragua 🇳🇮 and other leaders with a personality cult and a huge ego.
Putin is trained in his KGB time like you rightly stated Karl. And after that he learned new political lessons in Saint Petersburg and Moscow. He rose to power and Jeltsin mistakenly thought that Putin would be his puppet. Jeltsin was wrong, Putin was his own man and brought his Saint Petersburg KGB clan or clique to Moscow. His power is based on his calculated rise in power during the nineties. He knew how to use both conservative and liberal forces and powers in Russia 🇷🇺. During the Second Chechen War (1999), the Georgian War (2008) and the Donbas War in Ukraine (2014- Now) he proved to be a war leader as well next to be a political leader. He has his loyal Olygarchs, his Rosgvardiya (Russian: Росгвардия) and his Siloviki (("people of force" or "strongmen" (from Russian сила, "force").
Purim’s power base It is characterized by the concentration of political and financial powers in the hands of these "siloviks", current and former "people with shoulder marks", coming from a total of 22 governmental enforcement agencies, the majority of them being the Federal Security Service (FSB), Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Armed Forces of Russia, and National Guard of Russia.
