Folks,
The movie abandons “its core audience of families and little girls to instead focus on LGBTQ+ stories.”
The movie is a “insidious packaging of feminist cliches and trans grooming.”
The movie certainly has elements of feminism, matriarchy, Metro Males, the Lesbian actress Kate McKinnon as the Weird Barbie with a lot of influence.
I saw the movie last night and found it a weird, fascinating and strange movie (9+). As a white straight adult male it was strange to watch the movie in a Vlissingen cinema, Cinecity.
Cheers, Pieter

Pieter
I must confess that perhaps we, at least you and myself and possibly others, hold the opinion that this is a very low IQ movie fit for those of lesser intelligence. The producers must have high investments in the colour pink, or needs be to have both their eyes and minds checked for defects.

I think this movie wants to abolish some stereotypes about women being only praised as beautiful women, but not to have brain, or power to be independent and have expertise (like woman and a doctor). I did not see it yet, but I am planning.
