A TEST!!!! Non-Polish participants only!!! my guess - is that it is a reference to the fact that so many Poles were leaving Poland to seek work and the fear that they may not come return.

Pawian...I guess I don't understand the "Polish humour"...sorry. But from this one all I can gather is that storks migrate and are telling the other bird this time he thinks he will not go back but stay where he migrated to (referring to the Polish leaving Poland for work I'm guessing)

Pawi I didn't see the other two responses until I had made my mind up what it was all about (honest!), but I think the same as the two Chris's - by now the storks have emigrated for the winter and for a variety of reasons (unfortunately I'm not a mind reader) they are not going back to Poland - it's OK for them, their wives will have gone with them!

The notice reads: You voted for PiS! Do you always have to reproach me with it when we have a row?The AntiCorruption Bureau agent: Sir, did you order the wakening service?

Do you know what this is about? The race for sexual orientation Ooh, this is a toughie! Looking for for hints here - Was this printed after the Tinkie Winkie proclamation? The literal and figurative "goatsees" are a little much but funny nonetheless! And for the life of you if you don't know what a "goatsee" is DO NOT google the term! Unless you have an emergency unicorn nearby. ETA Been doing some thinking ... I am going to modify my guess I am thinking that it is in reference to some remarks by Kaczynski (but then aren't they all?) about how if homosexuals were allowed to flourish unchecked - that the birth rate would go down and allow "undesirables" to take over. Thus there is a race for sexual superiority!

Thus there is a race for sexual superiority! The humour in this picture lies in the pun on words. In Polish there is bieg na orientację which means orienteering race: you run all over the forest with a map in hand and have to score (zaliczać) control points. In the cartoon it is bieg na orientację seksualną, something like sexual orienteering race, in which scoring (the same double meaning of this word in Polish and English) control points like a goat is a must hahahahahahahaha Mleczko is really perverted hahahahaha
