Hey, that`s not funny. Or it is for an American. For me it`s nostalgic. My sweet childhood and teen years were based on those items. I had most of them. We still haven`t thrown this radio away: I have also kept my old copybooks, from elementary school to university. The one about which I am nostalgic most is this projector. It displayed cartoon stories from slide films. In the times when TV was black and white (early and mid 70s) and programmes were boring, watching those pics was an unforgettable experience. I still remember some of them. I would like to see them again.

I didn't think it was funny either, I found the pictures rather nostalgic as well. I "recognized" several as well! It hit me that for all the years being told how different we were how many similarities there actually are.
You are right about the projector - I especially loved the little bottles! They seemed to hold such potential - you never really knew what you were going to get (especially if the last user was sloppy in putting the films back into the correct container.)
Are the old "Blue Books" no longer used ?!?!?

I found a site about films for slide projectors - the choice was really wide. But we had mostly fairy tales - classic and modern ones. www.muzeumdobranocek.pl/kino.htm

I didn't realize that Czterej Pancerni i Pies was on the little films. I thought it had been shown on TV - or was it shown on TV and then made available on the little films? Loved the site - my Dad was somewhat of an amateur photography/film maker - some of our old family films are really funny. Luckily the urge to film had pretty much died down by the time I came along - but the home films remain.
