It would appear these activists are becoming not just desperate, but entirely doing ugly things in their manner of attracting attention. Pouring blood over themselves is the end of sanity.

We can not judge these activists. We don't know who they are. Maybe the whole family of this poor woman was wiped out. She is desperate and sees how the Russians are bombing, shelling, targeting Ukrainian civilians with Iranian attack drones and attacking her/their men, boys, women and girls of the Ukrainian army every day, 24 hours a day. Many Ukrainian families, many Ukrainian women are missing husbands, brothers, fathers, grandfathers, uncles, wives, sisters, mothers, grandmothers, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
These people are desperate and this woman pooring blood over herself tries to get attention for her Ukraine, which is suffering terribly. And today I can say the same about Russia. Russian women and girls are missing their husbands, brothers, fathers, grandfathers, uncles, cousins and nephews, because they died in Ukraine. And today also Russian women, girls children and elderly died, because logically Ukrainian drone attacks and Ukrainian rockets fired at them killed them too.
This is a terrible vicious war, and people in the West have no idea what that is, a bloody, vicious, mean war. People in the West do not know what mass destruction, the smell of death and the look of death is and what the missing of a family, loved ones or your partner (husband or wive) is. They have no idea about the suffering of people in Ukraine, Gaza (Rafah right now), Israel (people that still suffer from 7th october 2023 and are homeless because their house was burnt and thus destroyed, and the Israeli hostages in Gaza), the Westbank, Syria, Yemen, South Sudan, Somalia, Burkina Faso, Mexico, Mali, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Haiti, Colombia, Iraq, India and Afhanistan. People who lost loved ones and often their entire families due to war, civil war, Terrorist Insurgency, a Drug War (armed conflicts between Drugs Kartels, guerilla organizations like FARC in Colombia, extreme right para military death squads, government armies and etc.), Border Conflict, Tribal/clan warfare between various ethnic groups (Ethiopia), Political Unrest, Ethnic Violence (South Sudan) and large regional and international conflicts (Gaza/Westbank/Israel/Hezbollah Lebanon/Iran/Houthi's Yemen, and next to that the Syrian and Yemen Civil Wars).
In this 'Golden Calf' (I mean in the Biblical sense) of worshiping movie stars in staid of G'd (Hashem, Elohim, Adonai, Jahweh, El Shaddai, YHWH, LORD, Dieu, Bóg, Herr, Heer, Jezus Christ) ceremony in Cannes (France) such a tiny little incident of a woman pouring some blood over herself is nothing. The West itself has drifted away from it's Christian roots, by worshiping the Golden Calf of 'Money' (the Dollar $, the Euro €, Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoins), Pop and Rock Stars (the Goddesses Madonna, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Taylor Swift and the Gods Michael Jackson, Elvis, Prince, David Bowie - I do not worship him, but like his music, but see him as a human being with his shadow sides-, Freddy Mercury and Justin Bieber), media personalities and tv stars like Kim Kardashian (a present day secular Pagan Goddess), Oprah Winfrey, and many temporary 2024 Hollywood, Netflix and HBO series actors and actresses that are worshipped like Gods and Goddesses, and next to them Politicians (Donald Trump and Joe Biden), Basketball, Base Ball and Soccer Stars whom earn hundreds of millions of dollars. They are the present day 2024 'Golden Calf'. Not Jezus Christ!

This is the world of Soccer Gods folks, the Golden Calfs of the Soccer Stadiums of the world.

These Gold Calfs are more important than God, Jezus Christ, Mary, mother of Jesus, and the suffering of other beings in Wars, Civil Wars, ethnic cleansing, terrorism and drug wars. Many peopple in the West aren't interested in that suffering, but more in IKEA, their Soccer Team or Basketball Team, their Netflix series, their Computer Games, their holidays and their Gym. That is a simple fact in 2024 in Europe and the USA. There are many people with Zero interest in what is going on in Gaza right now, in Ukraine or South-Sudan. These people don't know anything about these conflicts, because they don't watch the News, don't read newspapers and don't know history. These people are our compatriots and live in the USA and here in the Netherlands in Europe next to you and next to me. That is a sad fact folks.
