It is good of you to bring this into presentation, for it demonstrates vast differences between political propaganda from the realities of people. For as usually the case, what is real and present is not always the reality, fear is not aways the reality between what is perceived by past events to what is present. What must be considered by the rationale mindset is what the leadership of each respective state {country} is bolstering their political power in politics by using a foreign power as the bad guy.
It is unfortunate, that some who is ignorant will not understand the ways of politics, and this may be one of the many roads that lead to war.
