Holly, I loved it. I wish everybody could understand all these jokes, but even these from you who do not understand Polish can understand some of these jokes. The first one is low Polish

Czesc Chris (Holli)
There were one or two that I didn't get, but numbers 2, 3, 4, 8, 11 and 12 I thought were excellent. If I've got it right, number 2 is of a hall full of undergraduates waiting at the ceremony of awarding them their degrees. If this is correct, I know just how the guy with the bottle was feeling!

Here's my second favorite ROAD SIGN in Poland. It's self explanatory even if you can't read the Polish. But you won't see one like this in the states.......... This one is my all time favorite road sign (Poland or anywhere, but happens to be in Poland). Use your imagination.... Not sure if I'm supposed to look at the road or the side walk, but I concentrate a great deal when I see this one..... ;D

I loved the picture of the old ladies. It seems when a Polish woman becomes 70 or older, out comes that mohair beret they so often sport. Couldn't help noticing that habit in the picture. I told my wife. If you live to be a hundred, please don't buy a mohair beret

Here is one from Holly's selection: Pilgrimage of the listeners of Radio Maryja No they are The Party of Mohair Berets. Together with Father Rydzyk and other politicians they are parodied in this clip by Big Cyc.

Pawian, this is a really funny song. I knew that I did not translate the part about mohair berets, frankly, I was not sure how to translate "moherowe berety" and I did not want to lose a time to look for it. I am glad you did it

I am glad you did it I am not so great hahahahha . Translation was very simple - Polish moher is a derivative of English mohair. The French word beret is the same in all languages, I suppose.
