There is a service in Poland which beats all the records. It is called "nasza clasa" (our class). People from different schools register there, post pictures, exchange information. The service was open 2 months ago but it is a hit now. It is so overcrowded during the day (Polish time) that I had to wait until the evening American time to be able to see around. If you would like to look here it is: nasza-klasa.pl

Chris,
were you able to meet some people from your school through classmates? This is amazing!

Jaga... I did sign up for a short time and did locate some classmates I went to school with. Maybe we can spot Pawian on there under "crazy Polish teacher". Maybe we can bribe a few of his students to take a foto.

Chris,
these Polish classmates website is a wonderful thing! I located some people, I never heard from for years! It gives some extra easy contact to everybody - without any extra bonds attached

Yes but we have to pay to belong to classmates. Is the Polish one free. It appeared to be. It is always nice to connect with old friends again.

The Polish classmates is really a hit! My elementary class and also the highschool class did not really have any pictures together in school uniforms (we had some from the trips, I will post them later). But here is a great picture of the class of my oldest brother. It had to be done somewhere at the end of 60-es. my brother looks really sweet there since he still have hair (actually curly dark hair and a very sweet face). Try to recognize who he is, I will post two more pictures to help out. Their homeclass teacher was an elderly lady. She was a great teacher, strict but everybody loved her Do you notice that all kids have these special school uniforms on? Almost all schoolchidren do have also school emblems on their shoulders.

Do you notice that all kids have these special school uniforms on? Almost all schoolchidren do have also school emblems on their shoulders. Emblems, yes. Uniforms, no. At a closer look we can see that only girls wear school uniforms, boys wear other outfits. Some of these outfits pretend to keep the formal style. It reminds me of my high school years. Boys refused to wear uniforms, there was continuous war between us and some moronic dutiful teachers. But most teachers didn`t care. And girls didn`t care either. They wore uniforms and seemed happy.

Holly,
sorry, I though that even non-members can see a bit.
This is Lance Armstrong, the bike record winner from Plano, TX.
