Dear Franek,
a very warm welcome from very cold Idaho (It is -4F now). I am so very glad to see you. Yes, I know you had to go through a lot and the fact that you were able to come back to us is just wonderful! You have also a wonderful family, a daughter who really and truly love you.

Yipee! Frank is back and in fine fettle! We will all have to watch our step now. Frank you will get a charge out of this - Wayne and I drove all the way to St. Augustine last weekend only to get in a tornado! No damage - but it was exciting there for a bit.

Both my MIL and neighbor had serious strokes and you would never know. They both recovered beautifully, and they aren't polish, not as hardy as us poles!!! I wish I had been raised in a polish speaking household, but not so. My fathers parents both immigrated here as kids, he was 5 in 1894 and she at age 17 in 1904. I have his Naturalization papers of which he was most proud. I am a third generation US Citizen. (generation3) You are the same age that my father would have been, my mother turns 80 in 2 weeks...but you would never guess her age that high. I am learning much from those here which helps me as I have been given (volunteered) the task to do the family genealogy and am writing a book on our family's history. It's a challenge as there are few records. I'm very pleased to meet you and know I can learn a lot from you. Mary
