Hi, everyone. I want to apologise for being away from the forum so long, but I haven't been feeling well recently, and that, coupled with my hectic work schedule, was too much for me. I spent most of last week in the hospital, and today I'm still feeling very weak, though at least I'm out of bed - I spent the whole weekend sleeping non-stop.
I had a lot of different treatments at the hospital, so my kidneys were in the best condition they've been in for a long time when I left, and I'm taking a LOT of medications right now. So, hopefully I'll be improving for the future.

Hi Eric-I hope that you recover well from your illness.-"slow and steady as she goes" a Navy term It's terrible being sick, especially when there's so much to do. Dear Eric,
I have receive your e-mail message and I was very slow to answer, I am sorry. I see that you had a good care. Be careful with these medications, they have lots of side effects and you may not eat/drink everything with them.
Glad to hear you are back. Take your time and rest first before you would go back to work!

Eric,
I'm glad you're back home and feeling better. There's no place like home, especially for recovery. That's probably one reason you are sleeping so much. A hospital is no place for rest.
I will keep you in my prayers for continual improvment in your health.
Mary

Eric ...just MHO but I think coming home and getting care here (USA) will make you better faster. I hope this is not a reoccurance of previous illness.

Good luck, Eric! I hope you have a full recovery and find a pace of life that preserves your health! We all have talents and weaknesses, and perhaps you body is one that demands particular care.
May you soon be off the medicines and on the way to a long and sustainable health!
Kai

Hi, everyone! I wanted to thank you for your wishes, and I also wanted to say that I am already feeling MUCH better. My kidneys now are in better shape than they've been in YEARS, and I can definitely feel the difference. So, I hope I'll be able to make more trips to the forum!
