-Why did Frank dissapear for two years

I am sure that this question has been asked.
k,here we go. About two years ago I felt bad,and my daughter told me to go to the hospital. Being a wstuborn hard headed Polack,(I refused. The next morning as I got out of bed I collapsed on the floor.My legs would not work.Soooo,Guyess where I ended up.. They treated me for a stroke,but it did not show up on an MRI or a Cat Scan/ Sooo back to the drawing board. One Neurologist said that it might be a blockage in my Basal artery. Nope. Wrong again. Meanwhile back at the ranch they started a guessing game as to why. They never did know why.
Back to the drawing board again.
Now they along with the Veterans Administration go back to WW2. While with twoothers investigating a break in the telephone line back to headquarters. We were ambushed by a German patrol. After a fierce fight I was severly wounded. The last thing that I remember was an explosion. I woke up in a German field hospital.I suffered a shattered arm,leg wounds,shoulder and a bullet in the head.To make a l9ng story short. I managed to escape captivity.. I made my way back to Allied lines and was flown to an American hospital where they patched me up.Since there was no record, it was treated as a a wound scalp. Now they are going on thr theory that it went deeper than first thought.. Oh Well,so much for that.. But other than that I can no longer walk.But I feel fine

I feel like such a doofus! I should have known/thought you were a WWII vet and now I find out how you were wounded. I would love to hear more of your adventures if you have the time and patience to tell your story. Since you were working on telephone lines, where you in a signal corp unit? How did you get back to Allied lines? When did this happen and where? What is a twoother?
