We were just discussed with Leslie his health problems. I do not believe that Leslie is right considering that there are just due to the age.
I hope Leslie will be soon with us since he is young in spirit!
I remember reading a book about staying young (I do not remember the title now), still, we can prevent many symptoms of aging!
I am doing exercise, yoga, some weight lifting and I see a progress! I do feel better. I also can sleep more than when I had to commute to Pocatello, my skin, my face look better really.
I do believe that many problems - like muscle loss and a general strenght can be preventable or slowed. Not all - my eyesight get worse, but we have glasses to prevent this problem!
here is more about aging:
Aging - is it genetic, sex-differentiated or lifestyle caused?

As with religion, we are not so very observant to God, until it becomes to dying, then we are very suddenly religious.
In as much to youth or loss of youth, then we become very sensitive to our age.
It is the immortal story of immortality, how do we keep the maker of death to stay from away of our doorstep, for this, we have no answer, for as any thing to live, it will surely die.
For it is the between {birth-life-death} that is important, live as each day to be as complete as we may have the ability to do as so. For we are Gods creation, we are as the flower, we bud, we bloom in many colours with fragrances as pleasant as the field, then we wilt and fall. It is the plan of nature.
Since I will be hated to the grave by all ladies upon reception of this post,as al-ready dead fellow, I might as well continue----
We live as we may, and we follow our roadway of life, as we tire with distance and tribulations we face upon the roadway of life, we become with age and distance, weary and tired, we become so much as we continue upon the roadway of life. That upon approaching the end, it is too much, for then we welcome at the end, the death angel as a friend for that we may submit to his command, for our rest and peace for the time of judgment within the light of God.

Jaga... basically I think the age issue is a genetic thing but also living a healthy life style is more of a plus factor and to our benefit. Your body is a temple , worship it. My sister is 11 years younger than me but if you put us side by side I look much younger than she does. She is slimmer but smoking has not helped her and added lines caused from oxygen deprivation. I have no clue to the inside.
