This is about Dresden and its student district. Just small changes caused a big difference in a tall block.

With the exception of the 2nd photo, Russia doesn't have too many large-panel buildings like in this article. The similarities between apartment blocks in the former socialist countries are very great, as the same designs were simply repeated in each country, but this is proof that each country also had its own unique styles!
By the way, I live on the 9th floor, too, and I have quite a nice view, especially during the summer.
