I have been asked to change this posting, as the charges were withdrawn. moreso, it doesn't meet my "good taste" standard today, and I would not post it if I read it today.

I'm not even sure what to say to this as I find it very sad that this guy so young is already on the path of destruction wiht such behaviour. Maybe he should not be let on th plane if intoxicated that much. I'm sure he didn't become that way while in the air. I am always reading and have this visual of most Eurpopeans as being alcoholics and abusive. And they smoke too much.

Maybe he should not be let on th plane if intoxicated that much. I'm sure he didn't become that way while in the air. I am always reading and have this visual of most Eurpopeans as being alcoholics and abusive. And they smoke too much. Rdywenur, White Americans are Europeans, they have a European heritage en roots, I mentioned this while I am in New York right now. The Afro-Americans, the Latin-Americans, the Asians and the Native Americans are differant, but the White (Caucasians) are like North-Europeans in their behavior, in their mentality, in their faith (a mix of Protestantism and Catholicism), in their pragmatic rationalism (calculating opportunities), their fondness of sports, culture, European food, beer and wine! Like Americans most Europeans are not abbusive or alcoholic, because they have responsibilities. They have a job to maintian, to be sober to be able to make a career, to take care of their kids and the education of their kids, to pay the Mortgage loan of their houses, the daycare of their kids, the insurrance of their car, the petrol of their car, the consumer goods they have to buy and to save for their holidays. The few drunk hooligans, asocial elements, outcast you see are a sideaffect of the European society, which is differant from the USA. Europe has another kind of agression, violence and history of tensions and intercultural (sociological) communication than the US. Europe is more devided, more regional and alcohol has a longer history than in the US, which is a younger country. In the USA you have more silent drinkers, problems behind closed doors, and violence related with arms and drugs than in Europe. Gang violence, ethnic segregation, accidents with arms, and people who came mentally and physically damaged from the many wars the US fought around the Globe, the First World War, the Second World War, Korea, Vietnam, Bosnia, the First Gulf War (1991) and the Second Gulf War (2003). You have veterans freaking out, committing suicide, becomming alcoholic or drugs abusers or killing others. We have the same thing in Europe, but on a less larger scale. Yes, some Europeans smoke to much, but not all Europeans are alcoholic and abusive, because they have to be disciplined in life like the Americans, to survive. Actually the Dutch and other European governments are paying a lot attention to alcohol abuse among youngsters. It is true for instance that in Holland kids start drinking on a to early age. And therefor you get accidents, intoxination, deliriums, braindamages on an early age, cases of early "youth" demention and the disease of Korsakoff. In Europe the problem of drinking is especially visible in England (the British can get quite rude and nasty if they get drunk, even amongst friends), Sweden (the Swedes are notorious drinkers too. When I was in Copenhagen, I saw a of drunken Swedes overhtere, who crossed over with a ferry to Denmark because the booze is cheaper there. And I saw them in Austria while skiying there.), the Dutch (they can get disturbing when they go out on thursday, friday or saturday night, when they drink to much beer or whiskey/Vodka-cola's or Barcardi's), and the Slavian people (the Poles, Slovaks and Russians). In Poland I saw the most drunken people in my life, during and after Communism. Even in the Netherlands the Poles drink to much. My mother said that is, because they want to relax after their hard work, but I don't like the fact that often when I meet Poles on the streets, in public transport or in a supermarket or a place where people gather socially that they smell heavily of alcohol. It makes me to avoid contact with them or stay out of their way. I don't like Drunk Dutch, German or British people, and don't like drunken Poles either. Pieter
