I am elated that the Sudanese President, Omar Hassan al-Bashir, has finally been challenged. I advocated this for years with respect to al-Sadr and Robert Mugabe. As a former Argentine, I salute the prosecutor Mr. Luis Moreno-Ocampo , for this act of courage! The entire U.S. Supreme Court does not come even closely as far as the guts this man has shown in defending humanity! The next leaders that should start getting shivers are Than Swe of Myanmar and Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe. They have been asking for it for a long time. Then I would send warnings to all the remaining dictators in the world: shape up, or face the consequences! All those responsible for genocide, and all dictators, should be on notice by the World Court of Justice that their time is running out, and that there are warrrants for their arrest!
