Jaga...I enjoy eating herring but unfortunately, I am the only one in my family who does. I buy a little jar at Christmas time and also during Lent. Oh, the memories.

Jaga...I enjoy eating herring but unfortunately, I am the only one in my family who does. I buy a little jar at Christmas time and also during Lent. Oh, the memories. You make happy the heart of an old pelican, herring....Insure it is not fish farm, but should be labled upon the tin {method of catch--wild caught}. I have a fine supple of various tins of {Mackerel/herring/Salmon/large sardine} as I am a very lazy man with a hatred of cooking, and the lady of the house is not in, that is my lunch/supper or how ever.. The sardine tin, are large and packed in tomaten sauce, so with plain boiled Ramon noodle {with out the soupe} the tomaten sauce is drained out of the opened tin upon the boiled drained noodle, then sardine placed to the side. It is delicious, filling, simple and very tasty in the deed... Karl
