The European Parliament elections are coming. For the Europeans - a nice tool to compare own views with different parties programme. For non-Europeans a nice tool to choose the European party closest to own views. Have fun! www.euprofiler.eu/

Interesting! However France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands is too little to call themselves the first truly transeuropean party! ;D ;D ;D Nonethesless, having glanced quickly through some hallmarks of their programme - I find it interesting, Is this your favourite group, Pieter, or you have presented it just to let us know? From their page "You believed that European elections were European but did you know that a European party is forbidden in every member state of the European Union!? You believed there were truly democratic, but did you know that in France every party has to pay more than 1 million Euros to stand to these elections, that in Italy, Poland and Romania, every new party (not those parties already existing) must collect respectively 150 000, 130 000 and 200 000 signatures from citizens to be authorized to stand for EU elections?" I would say, that lack of democracy is not the problem in EP but in Brussels where hordes of bureaurocrats without any democratic mandate are in fact governing the 500 million people union. This needs to be reformed and sooner or later will be. The obstacles in forming many little parties are, at least in relation to Poland. quite correct.
