Ok folks,

Another one of 'Jashu of the North's' crazy questions.

Has anybody ever cooked, fried, baked, sauteed, or grilled a wild turkey?

Is there an equivalent in Poland of this perennial feast we have here?

If so what fowl meat do you use?

I will be of no help with the wild turkey. But as a seasonal 'feast' we are now savouring the elderberry lemonade. In caase you don't know it and want to give it a try - just pick several white flowers, pour fresh lemon juice over it, add water and wait at least several hours or better a day or two - and drink. It is really so good.
