Mary
My thoughts are as gold, but I am without wealth.
My honour is of knightly, but I have not the blessing of the King.
My mighty steed is of naught, for I have not the resources for a knightly horse.
But, I do have a gift for you of this special day of days that is yours and yours alone, for it is your birthday.
Please do accept this humble gift of a poem...
"A birthday poem"
From morning till night May your birthday be bright And nicer than ever before…… And as years come and go May your happiness grow And your dreams be fulfilled Even more
Happy Birthday to you!

WOW! Thank you one and all for the lovely birthday wishes! I'm 56, can I start counting them backwards now? I'm sorry I didn't reply earlier. The last few days have been hectic. Daughter was sick so I had the boys over the weekend. We missed going to the Autism Speaks Walk in Pittsburgh, and I'm dealing with braces on my legs to keep my knees in place. Total knee replacment in the near future, not scheduled yet but looks like towards the end of the year. Like someone said; It's hell getting old...................

But what is the alternative? ;D ;D ;D Exactly, Jeanne! ;D I'm not sure if this song is the best choice for a brithday party, but at least it is a good answer... And to our brave Mary - Sto lat of course!!
