I think it's the storage room in one of the language schools where I work. Even in the summer, that room somehow manages to be about fifty degrees below zero!

;D All day and no answer? Well here is the answer! The coldest place in the known universe was in physicist Wolfgang Ketterlle's lab at the M.I.T. The recorded temperture was 810 trillionths of a degree F above Absolute Zero. Needless to say, no speed trials will be held here nor is it a venue for Olympic Games. ;D
