Is Salmon caviar very big in Poland? Or eastern Europe for that matter. |

Since no one has commented, I will, at least concerning Eastern Central Europe. No, caviar is not a big thing over there, and salmon caviar even so less. Now eskimo do like their salmon eggs in a variety of ways, including soup.
