My relatives in Poland would always send me a 'care package' around Christmas containing dried Polish mushrooms. So I always knew that I'd be having an 'authentic' Polish Mushroom Soup for Wigilia. Then, U.S. customs decided to put an end to those kinds of shipments. Oh well, its a cruel unjust world.
